Kings’ alumnus Fanti commits to UMD

he Minnesota Wilderness (NAHL) has announced that goalender Ryan Fanti announced his commitment to play NCAA Division I Hockey at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Fanti will join the reigning, Division I National Championship team for the 2019-20 season.

Fanti has been a key player on the Wilderness for two seasons, playing in 77 games for the Minnesota Wilderness and posting over a .910% Save Percentage.

Fanti’s leadership has earned him the Asst. Captain badge this season for the Wilderness.

Fanti will join a host of Bulldogs that have played with the Minnesota Wilderness, including  Cole Koepe, Koby Bender, Louie Roehl, and Kobe Roth.

The Minnesota Wilderness is a Tier II Junior Hockey Team in the National American Hockey League (NAHL), based in Cloquet, Minn.
