Kings to resume GTHL play Friday

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Kings under-15 and U18 Kings will commence their 2025 portion of their Greater Toronto Hockey League schedule this weekend.

Both clubs will take on their respective Toronto Jr. Canadiens counterparts Friday evening.

The U15 Jr. Habs sit second in that 13-team AAA Division with a record of 17-3-2, while the Canadiens U18 squad sits tied for seventh at 7-9-5.

Saturday’s slate features Thunder Bay taking on the Vaughan Kings (14-5-2) and the North York Rangers (1-21-0) in U15 play.

As for the U18s, they’ll meet the Toronto Titans (12-5-5) and Toronto Red Wings (9-12-1).

Finishing up Sunday, a date with North York (6-14-2) awaits the under-18 squad and the U15s will face-off against the Toronto Marlboros (13-9-2).
