U18 Kings First Third of Season Stat Leaders

At the one-third mark of their Great North League season, a number of U18 Kings players are near the top of the league statistically on a per game basis.

 

For the Forwards, Kellan Ozerkevich (2009) sits tied for 12th in Points Per Game with 1.5 points per game.  Team Captain Sawyer Smith (2008) is tied for 14th at 1.33 points per game.  Aiden Edwards (2008) has scored 10 goals in 11 games, for a .91 goals per game average.

 

For the Defence, Nate Girvin (2008) is averaging over a point a game (1.17) and Ben Paddington (2009) is just under a point a game (.91).

 

In total, 7 Kings players are averaging over a point a game throughout the first third of the Great North regular season:  Ozerkevich, Smith, Nathan Vita (2008), Edwards, Girvin, Mikita Dolmat (2008) and Michael Figliomeni (2009).

 

The team defence and goaltending has been solid as well.  Nolan Meadows (2009) has a 4-1 regular season record and underage goalie Kainaan Macgillivray (2010) has a 4-1-1-1 regular season record.  Macgillivray also sits tied for first in the league in shutouts with 2 shutouts in 6 starts.
